Articles deal with managerial decisions in public and private organizations and use behavioral, economic, and quantitative methods of analysis. The target audience includes teachers in collegiate schools of business and those who have a special interest in quantitative methodologies. The eight to ten articles in each issue are usually grouped under the following headings: concepts, theories and techniques; notes and short papers; and education (Katz).
