- This narrowly focused, well-managed journal publishes articles that deal with broad policy issues of higher education. Little attention is given to particular subject areas or to the philosophy or basic social purposes of education. Most articles present empirical research on statistical analysis. Some articles analyze and debate policy questions. REVIEW OF HIGHER EDUCATION (RHE) seems to be oriented more toward practical policy questions (Katz).
