- A sumptuously printed and richly illustrated journal, EOS was dedicated to fantastic art rather than to expressionist art. This short-lived journal is best characterized through the titles of the four published issues: "Ekstatik," "Mystik," "Phantastik" and "Symbolik." Among the literary contributors weres Erich Arndt, Paul Baumann, Kurt Bock, Oskar Maria Graf, Harry Kahn, Hellmuth Unger and Otto Zarek. Illustrations were provided by Emil Betzler, Josef Ebert, Carl Rabus, Ernst Schertel, Willi Wanzer and others.
