- COLLEGE ENGLISH publishes three to four feature articles per issue on topics of concern to English professors. Articles take a thoughtful look at a variety of issues. The journal also publishes approximately a half dozen original poems each issue and two to three review articles where authors examine a cluster of books (three to eight) on a common topic (Katz).
